Hello and greetings in the precious name of Jesus.
We have had such a good month here and now the weather is warming up as well! To be a part of what God is doing here is such a joy, and often a challenge, but He always shows us a way through the challenges. The girls are moving forward in leaps and bounds and it is a joy to watch what God is doing in them and through them. Diana, Eva, Vandana, Laura and Teresa all send their love and thanks to you all.
On Mothers Day my meeting with pregnant and young mothers was absolutely packed! We had been expecting between 30-40 and there was more than 100 so Phil and another volunteer had to go like crazy to make extra gifts for everyone! We then had to follow with another meeting an hour later because more arrived. It was wonderful!

Phil at the Mums Meeting!
I talked about relationship and connection with your baby, food preparation for babies, how babies are God's special gift, and our responsibility to children.
Out of it I am starting a knitting club after Easter, as some of the women can knit. This will help them produce an income from home, and we have been generously supplied with wool and needles etc.
Then on another afternoon each week I will run a sewing club with the same goal in mind. It is a wonderful way to connect with these women on a more personal level, and then God will have His way.

Two days later I preached at church for the Women's Service and it was wonderful - more than 70 women and 4 decisions for Jesus! I thank the Lord and pray that he continues to use us in even greater ways now that doors are opening again. The photo below shows Marga in red, and Garo in the mauve scarf – they both gave their hearts to Jesus. We are starting a new believer's class for these new children of God.

The shop continues to support itself and give Diana and Eva a salary and for this we are grateful. Especially in a time when so many small businesses here are closing.

Teresa went to a friend’s clothing factory for a trial to see if her sewing skills were good enough to work there but she did not get the job. She is capable of factory sewing but not at the quality end, so the owner is trying to get her a job with friends of his who manufacture bedding. Please pray that Teresa quickly finds a job as she is getting a bit down and she likes working.
Please pray also for Laura and Vandana. Their work at Foundation Alpha Transylvania is at risk because the Foundation is having financial troubles and all the staff that are staying on are working for half salary. This is not because of bad management but because the State is not paying Alpha for the contracts with them. We continue to support them, and also to feed, clothe and help poor families and orphans. We also minister to street people - for many it is not a choice but their only option. Please also pray for me (April) as I am under attack in health areas, but I stand in faith and call myself healed and whole in Jesus’ name, AMEN!

We are so grateful for all your prayers and support as it enables us to help so many who are less fortunate than us, and then it always gives us an opportunity to share the Gospel. Much love and blessings, from all of us in Romania to all of you, our loyal friends and family in Christ Jesus.
